The ICI Radio-Canada Experiences website offers a comprehensive platform for booking day camps, free guided tours, group activities, and school workshops—available either at Radio-Canada’s facilities or directly in schools. Designed to bring the public closer to the broadcaster, this user-friendly interface allows visitors to explore the new Maison de Radio-Canada, inaugurated in 2022, and go behind the scenes of radio and television production. An automated email system delivers key information to users while allowing them to cancel their reservations independently. The CMS is optimized to efficiently manage high volumes of incoming bookings.
